Good flavor and not over powering.
I use Garlic Infused Olive oil all the time. I spray it on Italian bread when making garlic toast. (I then sprinkle the bread with Parmesan Cheese and paprika). I use it to finish chicken; when I make hummus, and because he loves garlic. my husband uses it on his Caprese Salad (I don't).
Even though I could mainline garlic… LOL When I want just a hint of that aromatic flavor, I use the garlic-infused olive oil. Perfetto!
