Milanese Caprese

What you will need:

Patricia & Paul Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil

Patricia & Paul Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

fresh mozzarella, sliced

tomatoes, sliced

salt & pepper

fresh basil

Preparation:

Arrange sliced mozzarella and tomatoes in alternating lavers on a platter. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Add a drizzle of Patricia & Paul Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil and Patricia & Paul Traditional Balsamic. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.

Notes: We all love a good Caprese but add something extra with the Milanese Gremolata with notes of garlic, lemon, and parsley. Also a great dipping oil!
