Espresso Chipotle Grill Marinade

Espresso Chipotle Grill Marinade – Makes ½ cup

¼ cup Patricia and Paul Chipotle infused olive oil

¼ cup Patricia and Paul Espresso dark balsamic vinegar

2 Tbsp lime juice

2 Tbsp minced red onion

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 Tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder

2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients well and place them in a resealable plastic bag or plastic container with up to 2 lb of your favorite meat, poultry, or even vegetables. Marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or up to overnight for meat.

This marinade will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
