Lemon Roasted Asparagus (Serves 4)
What You Will Need
1 large bunch of asparagus
2 Tbsp Patricia & Paul Lemon Fused EVOO
Sea salt and ground black pepper
Preheat the oven or grill to 400F.
Wash the asparagus and snap off the woody ends. Arrange in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Drizzle with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Roll around on the sheet to evenly coat the spears of asparagus.
Place in the oven, or on the grill, and roast for 15 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
For something delicious and sweet, drizzle the asparagus on the serving place with 1-2 Tbsp of Patricia & Paul Pomegranate Dark Balsamic right before serving.
