Harissa Potatoes

What you will need:

1 lb baby yellow potatoes, halved
2 tbsp Patricia & Paul Harissa EVOO, divided
squeeze of lemon wedge
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Add halved potatoes to a bowl with 1 tbsp of Patricia & Paul Harissa Olive Oil. Squeeze in juice from lemon wedge and add salt & pepper to taste. Toss. Add potatoes to air fryer at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, shaking or tossing every few minutes. Remove when potatoes reach desired crispness and are fork tender. Put cooked potatoes in a bowl and toss with the other tablespoon of Patricia & Paul Harissa Olive Oil. Top with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes: Harissa is spicy with notes of cumin and garlic. Great for potatoes, adding a drizzle onto cooked vegetables, or using to make a spicy aioli.
