Winter Greens Salad with Tangerines and Olives What You Will Need: 6 cups kale or other greens, roughly chopped 6 tangerines, peeled and sliced horizontally 1 cup Kalamata olives, halved ¼ cup Patricia and Paul EVOO 3 Tbsp Patricia and Paul Tangerine or Pomegranate Dark Balsamic Vinegar ½ tsp smoked paprika Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste Combine greens, tangerines, and olives. Whisk together EVOO, vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper. Drizzle over salad.
