Arugula Salad with Grapefruit and Parmesan

A classic arugula salad gets a citrusy twist with a dressing of Herbes de Provence Olive Oil and Grapefruit White Balsamic. And of course, don't forget the Parmesan for that salty kick!⁠

Arugula Salad with Grapefruit and Parmesan ⁠
What you will need:⁠
4 Cups arugula⁠
1 Grapefruit, segmented⁠
¼ Cup Parmesan shavings⁠
Cooked shrimp, prepared in your favorite way(can also substitute with chicken or steak)⁠

Dressing⁠
⅓ Cup Patricia & Paul Herbes de Provence Olive Oil⁠
⅓ Cup Patricia & Paul Grapefruit White Balsamic⁠
1 Tsp. Dijon mustard⁠
Salt and pepper, to taste⁠
½ Clove garlic, minced⁠

Preparation:⁠
In a bowl, arrange arugula with grapefruit segments, shrimp and Parmesan on top.⁠
Dressing⁠
Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a bowl, or blend in a food processor.⁠
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and enjoy!
