Blood Orange Scallops

What you will need:

5-10 Sea Scallops

1 TBSP Patricia & Paul Blood Orange EVOO

1 TBSP Patricia & Paul Tangerine Dark Balsamic

1 TBSP Chopped Garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Pat scallops dry and season with salt and pepper. Add Blood Orange EVOO to skillet on a medium heat. Add scallops to pan to sear. Do not move around. 2-3 min per side. Remove to warmed plate. Add garlic and Tangerine Balsamic to skillet and reduce. Spoon sauce over scallops. Serve with a side of your favorite veggie and enjoy!
