Summer Polo Spritzer

Summer Polo Spritzer – makes 4 cups

What You Will Need:

½ cup orange juice (1-2 oranges)

¼ cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

½ cup mint leaves

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 Tbsp Patricia & Paul’s Blenheim Apricot White Balsamic Vinegar

4-5 cups sparkling water

Pour the orange and lemon juices into a blender.

Tear the mint leaves roughly, removing the stems, and add to the blender with the sugar and balsamic. Blend until smooth and well combined, but still with some pulp for texture.

Pour the sparkling water into a serving jug and add the minty lemon mixture. Stir well and serve with lots of ice.
