Breakfast Green Smoothie
What You Will Need:
2 c spinach
1 banana
1 c cubed apple or pear
1 c plain yogurt
2 Tbsp Patricia & Paul Cranberry Pear White Balsamic
¼ c Patricia & Paul EVOO
1 c ice cubes
Place the spinach and ¼ c of water in the blender and blend until the spinach is fully liquefied, 15-20 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed into the blender. Blend until creamy and smooth.
If using frozen fruit, only use ½ c ice and add ½ c of water to help everything mix evenly.
