Super Bowl Wings
Game day calls for wings—crispy, saucy, and gone before halftime. These Super Bowl chicken wings are the kind you make once and get asked for every year after.
What you will need:
4 lb chicken wings
1 cup of sour cream
1 tbsp black pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Patricia & Paul Wild Dill EVOO or Chipotle EVOO
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp Patricia & Paul A-Premium White Vinegar
Preparation:
Marinate the chicken wings an hour before or the night before by adding together the chicken wings, sour cream, olive oil, spices, flour, vinegar, garlic, and the remaining ingredients.
Toss and coat the wings evenly and cover to refrigerate for an hour or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Generously oil the bottom of the baking sheet and then spread the chicken wings evenly. Roast for 25 minutes and then flip the wings. If the wings get a little stuck, just gently scrape under them with a flat spatula. Roast for another 25 minutes. Then remove and get saucing with your favorite sauce!
