Basil Egg Bake

What you will need:

10 eggs

2 Tbsp milk, half and half, heavy cream or dairy free milk.

1 Tbsp Patricia and Paul Basil Infused EVOO

1 red pepper, diced

1 cup chopped mushrooms

1 cup cubed ham

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh basil to garnish (optional)

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk and olive oil together.

Pour egg mixture into a greased 8x8 baking dish.

Top with red peppers, mushrooms, ham and cheese.

Mix together to combine.

Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked.
