The Accidental Baker's artisan flatbread crackers are handmade and packaged in small batches by their family bakery in Hillsborough, NC. An old-world baking technique for aging the dough creates an array of complex flavors within each crispy cracker.

Pride in craftsmanship means they use only the highest quality ingredients like locally milled flour, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt, and they don't use additives, preservative or animal products.
