Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut each pita bread in quarters and each quarter in half to make 8 triangles. Please them in a single layer on the sheet pan and sprinkle lightly with Patricia & Paul Garlic EVOO and salt. Bake for about 10 minutes until crisp. Turning once.
