Lime and Blackberry Ginger Guacamole

What You Will Need:

4 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed

1 tomato, diced

1/2 cup red onion, diced

1 Tbsp Patricia & Paul Persian Lime Infused EVOO

1 tsp Patricia & Paul Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic

1 serrano chili pepper, minced

1 slice of Lime

Salt and pepper

In a mixing bowl, combine avocados, tomato, onions, chili pepper, salt and pepper. Mix in EVOO and dark balsamic. Squeeze lime over mixture and mix.
