This month our friend Chef Sophia, as seen on Food Network CHOP, will be hosting and preparing a delicious three-course menu inspired and utilizing our Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vingeras! We will also be offering tastings of Roots Crafted cocktail mixers in addition to an Olive Oil 101 educational presentation by Patricia. Class includes a demonstration, a light dinner and 15% off your entire purchase that night! Please print out your confirmation once your order has been placed and bring it with you.
