Keftedes Greek Meatballs

What you will need:
1 lb ground lamb or beef
4 tbs of dill
4 tbs of mint
4 tbs of parsley
5 cloves of garlic
4 tbs Patricia & Paul Garlic EVOO
1 tbs Himalayan smoked salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
4oz feta cheese
1 tbs dried oregano
In a bowl combine all rough chopped fresh herbs, feta, garlic, ground meat, sea salt, oregano, garlic olive oil, and breadcrumbs. S+P to taste. Mix well. Form meatballs into football-like shapes. Lightly coat in seasoned flour with s+p. In a non-stick skillet lightly coat with olive oil and bring up to medium-high heat. Cook 5 mins on each side or until golden brown.
