8 Tbs. butter, room temperature
12 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbs. cornstarch
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
10 oz. dark chocolate chunks
2 Tbs. Patricia & Paul Dark Chocolate Balsamic
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cream together the butter and sweetened condensed milk until cream and fluffy. Add the cornstarch, baking soda, salt, and vanilla and cream again for a few minutes. Mix in the flour, 1/2 cup at a time. Then, fold in the chocolate chunks and balsamic.
Line three baking sheets with parchment paper and scoop 1″ sized balls (with a melon baller) on to the parchment paper. Bake the dough balls for about 15 minutes, until puffy and just barely browning. Remove from the oven and cool for 15-30 minutes.
