What you will need
1 package mixed greens
2 Blood Oranges (or any orange will do), peeled & cut in half slices
1 Fennel Bulb, trimmed, cored, and thinly sliced lengthwise
8 pitted kalamata olives, sliced in half
¼ cup Patricia & Paul Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil (more if desired)
Squeeze fresh lemon juice (optional)
Combine mixed greens, oranges, fennel, & olives together well. Toss with Patricia & Paul Blood Orange Olive Oil & squeeze fresh lemon over.
Salad can be stored with ingredients separate until ready to eat.
