1/4 cup cornmeal
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 4oz can chopped mild green chilis, undrained
1 cup milk
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup Patricia & Paul Baklouti Green Chili Fused Olive Oil
Patricia & Paul Butter Infused Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease an 8 x 9” square pan or muffin tin with Butter Infused
Olive Oil. Stir together all dry ingredients. Quickly stir in remaining ingredients until dry ingredients are just moist. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until toothpick inserted in the cornbread comes out clean. Serve warm with a pat of butter and drizzle of honey
